GPS Project Services is a Calgary-based staffing and recruitment company. Our Mission is to achieve desired clients' outcomes. We do so by selecting top candidates based on our core values: delivery, leadership experience and integrity. Our success stems from working with great people and businesses that support these core values and live them in their workplace each and every day. It was true when we started back in 2004, and it's just as true today.

 

Eighteen years ago, we were IT delivery managers and Project/Program Managers working in an IT shop in Calgary. It was essential to get fast access to top IT talent. We worked with multiple staffing and recruitment companies across Canada, but the results weren't satisfying - complete lack of understanding of the business, not enough time spent on gathering the requirements, and overall felt like a "bodyshop". We felt the real need for change and that's how we came up with the idea of founding our own staffing and recruitment company focused on fulfilling the requirements of our fellow IT community. We started small - searching for the best talent, carefully vetting every candidate, making sure that this is exactly what our clients are looking for.
