Instead, we learn about our clients and their environments to know that there is more than just what is written on the job description that makes a candidate the “right fit.” By knowing what type of personalities our clients need, the soft skills required to be successful in a given environment, and even the unwritten requirements that don’t appear in the job description, we are able to match the right candidate from our Connected Community who we already know and trust to provide our clients with the best candidate for the role.
